What is the process when we arrive to collect the campervan?
We recommend that you allow around 45 minutes when collecting the campervan. We will go through all the paperwork with you, take a copy of your driving license & other paperwork. We will then run through the campervan; and show you how everything works inside and out, and answer any questions you might have. We will also provide you with a manual for reference whilst you are on your travels.
Will the campervan get cold at night?
Not at all! We have installed a state of the art diesel heater for 2020, which will keep you toasty even when it's snowing outside!

How much deposit is required to confirm the booking?
Who is allowed to drive the campervan?
All drivers aged 25 - 70 with no more then 6 points on driving history are able to drive the vehicle. Please read our Terms & Conditions for all details. One driver per hire is covered by the insurance. But if you would like more than one member of your group authorised to drive, then please let us know and we can add on drivers to the insurance for you for a small additional charge.
Can I drive on a normal car license & are they easy to drive?
Yes our van can be driven on a normal car license. Our modern van is very easy to drive and it drives very much like a car. You just need to make sure you leave a little more room when going around corners. We can also give you a few extra tips when collecting your campervan.
Are pets allowed?
We do allow well behaved dogs in the campervan, but we would like the campervan kept in the very best of condition for everyone who hires it. So we ask you to bring your dogs bed / blankets and not let them jump / paw the upholstery (It will be your responsibility to ensure that no damage is caused). We believe we have included everything that you would need. Bedding and towels can be personal so we have left this optional, however we do have it all available to hire if you would prefer to not have the hassel! Other things you may wish to pack:
·Some food and drinks don’t forget the camper has a fridge
·Personal items – Clothes & toiletries etc
Do you allow campervan hire for festivals?

Yes there are 100’s of festivals around the UK and there is no better experience than in a luxury campervan. So no messing around with tents and more time for enjoying the festival and some beers!
Can I drive to Europe?
Yes you sure can, there are so many amazing places to visit all over Europe. For European trips there is a small additional charge of £15 per day to cover the extra insurance & breakdown cover. With the Eurotunnel only taking 30 minutes you can pickup the campervan and be in France in just over 4 hours.
Can you recommend campsites?
Yes, we have lots of knowledge of campsites all over. We can also recommend some good apps and link to use to find the best campsite to suit your requirements. Please also check out our Travel guide page for recommendations and website links.
Is there a mileage limitation?
There is an average of 150 miles a day over your complete hire period, then 20p a mile thereafter. (This is around 3-4 hours of driving a day so is usually more than adequate)
Are there any hidden costs that I won't be aware of?
NO! We show you all the costs upfront. The only other costs are if you would like to book any extras, and the £600 security deposit that will be fully refunded providing the campervan is returned in the same condition.
How many people does the campervan accommodate?
Our VW Campervan has 5 seats with seatbelts.
It sleeps two adults in the lower bed and the upper bed has a weight limit of 150kg so we recommend 1 adult or two children.
Don't forget you can add on our driveaway awning for extra storage and sleeping space.

We try our best to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation terms under the current circumstances so please contact us directly if you have any questions.
Cancellation under government guidelines: If the government guidelines prevents you from collecting the campervan, you will be entitled to a full refund or a change of date. We cannot be held responsible if there are local lockdowns or restrictions on your planned destination.
Campervan Cleaning: Understandably, you may have questions regarding hygiene standards. Rest assured, we pride ourselves on delivering five-star experiences, offering a reliable and clean campervan. If you have any specific questions related to hygiene measures, feel free to contact us.
